Eligibility
Requirements include
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Employed by participating business.
- Passed probationary period.
- Not be filed as bankrupt or have pending proceedings*
Your dealer may have additional eligibility criteria that you might have to meet. Please speak to your scheme coordinator for further information.
*This also includes if you are legally unable to accept new credit, are subject to the conditions of an IVA, or other debt management solutions.
How to Participate
In 6 simple steps
Step 1
Register on the CBS Portal.
Step 2
View the choice list and select your vehicle.
Step 3
Request a quote via your scheme coordinator or the CBS Portal depending on your specific dealer arrangements.
Step 4
Once quote is approved, sign your agreement online and your order is placed.
Step 5
Arrange fully comprehensive insurance.
Step 6
Congratulations! You can now collect your brand-new car.

Yes, contact the CBS Helpdesk on 0161 826 0000, use Online Chat or email help@carbenefitsolutions.co.uk to request a VE103. The CBS Helpdesk will guide you through the process. Please allow up to seven days for this to be processed.
You obtain vehicle insurance from your desired insurer.
CBS require confirmation of the Legal Owner and Registered Keeper from your insurance company for your scheme vehicle. Simply send your documentation to: motorinsurance@carbenefitsolutions.co.uk.
As Car Benefit Car Schemes (CBCS) Limited is the registered keeper, all fines and Fixed Penalty Notices will be sent to CBS. Your details will be passed onto the relevant authorities, and it’s your responsibility to resolve the issue and/or pay the fine within the stated time period.
CBS or your employer may pay the fine or charge if it’s time sensitive or where the issue hasn’t been resolved. If this is the case, the cost is deducted from your net pay in accordance with the Payroll Instruction Form.
