- Be an eligible Group 1 Automotive Company Car Driver.
- Have completed your probationary period.
- Be able to afford the repayments.
- Not be filed as bankrupt or have bankruptcy proceedings against you, which have already commenced.*
*This also includes if you are legally unable to accept new credit, are subject to the conditions of an IVA, or other debt management solutions.

Register on mycbscar.co.uk/group1 and await approval
Step 2
Please review the scheme eligibility section below to see what schemes you have access to. Then simply contact the on-site scheme coordinator at your chosen site to see what vehicles are available to you. For a list of the Group 1 Automotive scheme coordinators, please click here.
Step 3
Send your eligibility form to your scheme coordinator who will liaise with CBS and place the order through your chosen site. Click here to download your eligibility form.
Step 4
Once approved, your quotation will be generated for review and then an agreement made available for you to sign electronically on the scheme website (or by post in Scotland).
Step 5
Once you have signed your agreement and associated documents on your driver portal, the site scheme coordinator will place the order within the system. Your estimated delivery date will depend on whether your vehicle is in stock or a factory order. Your scheme coordinator will keep you updated with your vehicle’s progress.
Step 6
Your site scheme coordinator will be in touch with you when your new vehicle is ready for collection. Please ensure a ‘key for key’ handover of scheme vehicles is adopted as much as possible.

If your handover/vehicle return has not taken place with the site scheme coordinator, then please ensure you email them as soon as possible after handover/return to ensure a swift termination of the existing agreement.
